"MasterMap Linker is very useful to ones who need to frequently consolidate information from multiple maps. When you have topic hyperlinked to a topic in another map, you can right-click it and choose ?Refresh?. Then data in this topic will be updated from the topic it?s linked to - either specific topic data or the whole topic hierarchy. You can specify what should be updated with a dialog available from drop-down menu on the MindManager ribbon bar.
