UNIQUE FEATURE:
EMT enables you to move E-Mails to a destined folder without having to drag them or having to copy then, navigate to folders that may be several deep with single mouse click.
NAVIGATION ? E-Mail Move To:
1. On your Microsoft Outlook Toolbar go to Tools --> Options -->?E-Mail Move To?.
2. Click on ?Add Profile? to create a new folder. An yellow text- box will appear to add a new entry. Type the profile name there.
3. When you click on the ?Add Folder Path?, the ?Select Folder? pops up, select your desired path and click on OK. We can create folder of any depth. These folders get populated in the ?E-Mail Move To items? tool bar.
4. Click on "X" the Button if you want to remove a Folder. Thus you can add in and edit your folders and access them any time .....
