Complementary Services Referral Program
"Complementary Service referral program" is intended to bridge the gap between the services required by the Software Market and those provided by iPOTT.
iPOTT is currently providing wide range of services to the Promoters. Yet there are various other service requirements which cannot be provided by iPOTT, hence the initiative “CSRP”. Some examples which we can think of: Payment gateways, IP related Services, ESCROW, Video conferencing, Language Translators, etc., There may be plenty of services offered by companies which can actually cater to the software market. We will look at service / products which will enhance the working of the software and which will cater to the software market.
The basic criteria for companies / individuals to participate in the CSRP are as below:
- Must be Service / product company / individual specialized in a particular vertical which can support the software or the Software Market.
- Each Company or individual shall be eligible to cater to one vertical. Unless there is no other company / individual providing the particular service.
- Must be able to directly cater to the needs and fill a gap in the existing Software market
- Must be able to provide a product / service which is unique which can be a value add to the software market
- Must be willing to offer services / product to the clients of iPOTT at special prices
Some expectations set for the CSRP & the process is as below:
- The company or Individual should be able to provide a service / product of high quality.
- The privacy policy of iPOTT is applicable to the CSRP. Companies / individuals must provide complete details of the Service / product in order to arrive at the area for collaboration.
- If there are similar players in the market differentiating factor must be defined for the service / product. Competition details must be provided. iPOTT intends to collaborate with only one company for each of the service / product. Hence it is very critical for the company to prove the ‘why’ factor for collaboration.
- Other than the quality / market differentiators, special pricing needs to be agreed upon
- Any value addition which can be provided will be considered as edge over competition
- The clients of iPOTT will be provided service / products through iPOTT.
- Deliverability of service / product is very critical. Non- performance in this area will result in immediate cancellation of the arrangement.
- Each company interested to collaborate with iPOTT will go through the following process:
- Provide us all the above details. (All information will be considered confidential as per Privacy policy of iPOTT)
- After the receipt of information and understanding of services / products to be offered.
- In case of a product demo, will be required.
- Client references for the product / service will have to be provided.
- Special Pricing will be negotiated.
- The general terms and conditions for the CSRP will be agreed upon
- There will be a MOU entered into for the rates and term of the collaboration
- There will be a single page write-up on iPOTT about the company / individual and also on the service / product offered
- Depending on the agreed upon terms the service / product will be exposed by iPOTT.
- Users of iPOTT will be provided an option to submit queries with reference to service / product.
- The queries will also be routed thorough the participating company / individual
- The registrations for the service / product will also be passed on to the participating company / individual
