Purnima Varadrajan completed PG and MBA in Finance with formal certifications in TQM & ISO. Have exposure to SIX SIGMA quality standards. I am a Qualified Oracle Financials Professional.

More than 15 years of working experience in various capacities. Work experience includes Finance Head for south operations for a Swiss company,implementation of a number of Financial and vertical ERPs, evaluation of numerous Accounting and other vertical ERPs, developing many in-house process for Business Process Re-engineering and Business revamping.

She is also a member of TiE, Bangalore, BMA, Bangalore, ASCII, Hyderabad etc. I am a regular Speaker for various institutions including the, IFMA, Bangalore & ASCII, Hyderabad.

K N Venkatakrishnan Head Operations

Venkatakrishnan, a Science Graduate, the most experienced of the lot, with over 17 years of work experience in various capacities. The longest tenure was with DHL, 14 years, supervising Customer Service & Ground/air operations. Joined iPOTT at its inception and has been a part of our entire operations since then. He is a cool headed & highly flexible individual. He has kept the iPOTT, admin & related operations, rolling without the slightest hassles. An excellent team player, a perfect organizer & a committed person.

Manages operations of iPOTT including admin, Systems, asset purchasing, HR, etc.

Venkatraman Dhamodaran Head Innovations

Venkatraman is a vibrant technology enthusiast and creative thinker. He takes up any new challenge and works with any new projects and comes up with innovative solutions. He has spent most of his career in telecom domain and has vast experience in many aspects of telecom domain.

In his first assigment with Hutchison Essar south limited, he innovated a new way of working [Automated 80% of routine tasks] which improved the productivity in the entire team and also made him the excellent performer. And he has deep knowledge about telecom domain as he was working with the operator directly and also attended many trainings from ericsson and nokia.

After Hutch, he has joined LogicaCMG where he was working with event collection and translation module of an Operational Support System(OSS) for the client British telecom. By working in this project, he has acquired knowledge about design and development of servers and also distributed computing.

Suresh Kumar Creative Head

Suresh Kumar is highly skilled in Creativity and also skilled Designer with over 10 years experience in new-age advertising. Background includes exposure to conventional printing and animations with expertise in ad designing and graphic tools. He is Arts graduate

A computer science Engineer who started his carrier with iPOTT a few days after the concept of iPOTT was born. With no guarantee of success he got into the making of iPOTT. All the initial inhibitions disappeared within no time as his shared iPOTT vision. Today he is the motivating power within iPOTT team. He leads his team by example. His is extremely committed & takes total responsibility of the situation around. We call him a person with three ‘P”s - Perfectionist with a Positive attitude and a highly Proactive character. He is the winner of the ‘Best Performer for 2006’, the first award of iPOTT

He heads the project iPOTT, manages all activities from Requirement analysis, to testing till the final integration & upload.

Ravindranath N Finance Consultant

Ravindranath, science graduate from MES College in Bangalore. Completed his graduation in 1995. He cleared CA in November 1999 with excellent Marks. He is also a member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He worked for Deloitte Haskins & Sells, for 2 years and started his own practice from January 2001.

He render the services in the Financial and Corporate Advisory. He assist corporates in Wide range of financial, corporate advisory and secretarial services.
